What is the cancellation policy?
Strict policy: there is no refund of accommodation fees or date changes in the event of a cancellation.

No. The house has solar panels; you are only charged for the excess you consume beyond what the panels generate, calculated from the meter reading at check-in and check-out.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a refundable deposit of $10,000 MXN (500 USD) in cash, returned at check-out after a brief property inspection (20 minutes) if there is no damage.
Are pets allowed?
No, for the wellbeing of our guests and possible allergies, we do not accept pets at Casa Zunum.
Are parties allowed?
No, out of respect for our neighbors, parties are not allowed in the house.
