Casa Zunum is a colonial house in downtown Mérida that blends traditional architecture with modern comfort. Its name comes from T’zunum, the Maya word for hummingbird — the small visitor that stops by the garden every morning.
The house has 3 bedrooms (2 with king-size beds and 1 with two double beds), each with a private bathroom, for a total capacity of 8 guests. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with TV and Netflix, pool, spacious garden, guest bathroom, outdoor bathroom, a patio grill, and toiletries (soap, conditioner, shampoo, and toilet paper).

Security Deposit (refundable)
A refundable security deposit of 10,000 MXN (500 USD) in cash is required, returned at check-out if no damage is found to the property after a brief inspection (20 minutes).
Electricity is not included
The house has solar panels; any excess consumption beyond what they generate is billed based on the meter reading at check-in and check-out, multiplied by 3.5 per kWh.
Cancellation Policy: Strict
There is no refund of accommodation fees or date changes in the event of a reservation cancellation.
